Confirm with your facility we are already seeing patients there.
Families are our best advocates and we look forward to working with new facilities.
Medicare Advantage plan must be called and have GA Valdez & Associates assigned as primary care (*Please call and ask for Cheli to guide you)
Once confirmed, new patient visits are typically within a week

Take a Fresh Look
As a person ages, priorities change.
We are constantly taking a fresh look at our treatment plan and medications. If there has been a decline, or hospitalization, we should all review what we are doing and why.
Sometimes it means being more aggressive.
We may need to add therapy or consult a specialist.
Sometimes it means being less aggressive.
If hospitalization is increasing stress and not improving issues, we may need to focus on maintaining comfort, quality of life rather than quantity.
Our job is to act according to a patient's wishes, and yours is to speak up according to your loved one's wishes.
Together, we can make sure we're on the right track.

COVID19
The virus is bad, but so is isolation. Our seniors need activity and interactions with others. While we must follow the local health department guidelines, and policies set by each senior living facility, we encourage everyone to get vaccinated and safely visit as much as possible. We understand some are confused about the vaccines, we have experience and the benefits of the vaccine are much, much greater than the risks.
