The SmartForm is printed out and kept at the med cart or in the patient's room.
The paper stays there and can be used for routine requests and updates.
Write it down, then follow the instructions to scan and send it to us electronically.
It is not for urgent requests but it eliminates confusion for changing shifts about who is doing what, and what was said or done.
Once there is a response, it can mark it as resolved.
